Keystone Oaks Free Lunch Program

Just after 3 p.m. this afternoon, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced that all k-12 schools in Pennsylvania will be closed from Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 27, 2020 due to the impact of the Novel Coronavirus. This announcement also includes a waiver of the 180 days of instruction, which is typically required in Pennsylvania. Therefore, the Keystone Oaks School District will not be implementing a remote learning plan at this time. Students and staff are asked to stay home during this time and take the precautions necessary to help prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus.

If your child has medication at school that you need to pick up, please contact your building principal directly so that they can make arrangements for you to pick up the medication. Additionally, Keystone Oaks will sponsor a free lunch program for all students. Please look for additional details soon.

Up-to-date information is available on our website, http://www.kosd.org/2019NovelCoronavirus.aspx.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and support as we work together to protect the health and safety of our students, families, staff, and community.

William P. Stropkaj, Ed.D.
Superintendent, Keystone Oaks School District
