Since that time some of the early banners have faded over the years.
If your banner is faded please contact the borough office to arrange a pick up time.

TMDL PUBLIC COMMENT
As part of compliance with the Borough of Castle Shannonís Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, a Total Daily Maximum Load (TMDL) Plan has been developed for submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environment Protection. The TMDL Plan proposes implementation of Best Management Practices to reduce discharge of sediment and/or nutrients to impaired surface waters within the municipality. The TMDL Plan will be available for public review and comment at the Castle Shannon Municipal Building, 3310 McRoberts Road, Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania beginning July 31, 2017. Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Written comments on the TMDL Plan will be accepted through August 30. Comments will also be accepted at the Council Meeting held August 28, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Borough of Castle Shannon Municipal Building.
