 TOW RELEASES The records clerk Monday through Friday from 09:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. can issue tow releases for vehicles towed by the Castle Shannon Police Department. Vehicles are released to vehicle owners. In some cases a vehicle owner can issue a signed permission letter. Photo identification must be shown. The Castle Shannon Police Department does not issue tow or impound fees. The fees of tow or impound are the responsibility of the tow agency.
