New Council Meeting Procedures (as of 1/7/2022)

In light of the surge of the Omicron variant, all Council meetings will be held via the Zoom platform.

Given that the state and CDC restrictions continue to evolve, our meeting procedures will also change over time.  We will publish updates to procedures to this page when new protocols are in place.

The following procedures for attending/viewing Borough Council Meetings are effective starting with our January 10, 2022 meeting:

To view a Council Meeting remotely:
If attending the meeting in person is not preferable or possible, we will continue to live-stream our meetings via Zoom for residents to view.  A link to each Zoom meeting will be posted in the meeting agenda posted on the Borough homepage.  Zoom participants will only be able to view/listen to meetings remotely.

To submit a question or comment for a Council Meeting:
Residents can submit questions/comments ahead of time through an online form. Forms received by midnight on the Sunday prior to each meeting will be addressed during the next Council Meeting during the first comment portion if related to an agenda item, or during the second Public Comment portion if unrelated to an agenda item.

To review what occurred at a prior meeting:
As always, residents can review past minutes of meetings at this link.  Previous meeting minutes will be posted as soon as they are able to be translated and properly formatted for sharing (usually within 48 hours).
